14th International Conference on Frontiers of Polymers and Advanced Materials, Daejeon (South Korea) – 31.10-4.11.2016
The ICFPAM series of conferences over the years facilitated the coming together of scientists, engineers and business leaders to discuss multidisciplinary aspects of macromolecular science. We hope to carry on this tradition with the 14th ICFPAM and have assembled an impressive assembly of plenary, keynote and invited speakers. This year attendees include Professor Akira Suzuki (Nobel Laureate in Chemistry 2010), Professor Paras N. Prasad – SUNY Distinguished Professor at the University at Buffalo, Prof. Jürgen Rühe, University of Freiburg, Germany and Professor Kilwon Cho, Pohang University of Science and Technology in addition to several distinguished scientists as Keynote speakers and over 150 Invited Speakers.
The program of the conference would focus on current and emerging trends in polymer science and advanced materials, as well as their applications. The broad themes addressed during the conference include synthesis and properties of advanced materials, advanced materials for nanophotonics and biophotonics, polymers and hybrid materials for plastics electronics and photonics, organics and polymers for solar cells as well as thermoelectric energy conversion, nano-scale and nanostructured materials and devices, new materials and devices for defense technology and, biomaterials and their applications.
